Preliminary Music Video (Prop List)

After watching and analyzing our chosen music video we realized that a variety of props would be required. We have therefore prepared a list of necessary props that would be needed. We knew that it would not be possible to get the props identical but we did our best to find that closest matches we could.

This is the prop list we have created based our chosen video. We have decided the fairest and easiest way to gather these props is to assign each of the group members certain props to gather.

Preliminary Music Video (Location&Schedule)

As shown in this screenshot from the original video the video is set in a large open field surrounded by trees so we had to find ourselves a field similar to this.

The location we have chosen is a recreational ground in Newport. This was a very appropriate location and also the most convenient among the other potential location as it was only a 2minute drive from school.

Film date
As we were on a tight schedule we had to find ourselves and time and date which was convenient for the whole group. The requirements of the a time and date was a time when everybody in the group was available for filming and also that the weather was right for filming.

We had two methods that we used to make sure that we could choose the right time and date. First we had to make agreements on when we were all available, we did this by holding a group meeting and comparing our timetables so we would knew which days we could film. After we had done this we looked up weather of these days using BBC weather.























Using BBC weather we found out that July 3rd had the perfect weather that we needed and we were all available. We filmed between 9am until 12pm on this date.
